These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website https://vizzstudio.com and any services offered by Vizz Studio, a boutique architectural visualization agency based in Atlanta, GA, USA. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided
Vizz Studio provides architectural visualization services, including but not limited to:
- 3D Modeling
- Photorealistic Renderings
- Architectural Animations
- Phasing Animations
- 360° Virtual Tours
- Revit Documentation
All services are custom and project-based. Timelines, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in individual proposals or project agreements.

Client Responsibilities
To ensure accurate and timely delivery of services, clients agree to:
- Provide all necessary files, reference materials, and project details
- Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
- Respect the revision limits and scopes defined in the project agreement
Failure to provide timely feedback or necessary assets may delay the project.
4.
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is custom and communicated in advance via proposal. Payment terms:
- Most projects require full or partial payment upfront
- Accepted payment methods include Stripe, Bill.com, or bank transfer
- Invoices must be paid by the due date stated to avoid delays or suspension of services
Late payments may result in paused work or additional charges.
5.
Intellectual Property
Vizz Studio retains the copyright to all renders, animations, and models until full payment is received. Upon full payment:
- Clients receive the right to use final deliverables for the agreed purpose
- We reserve the right to showcase completed, public-facing work in our portfolio or social media unless otherwise agreed in writing
Source files (e.g. 3D models, layered PSDs) are not included unless specified and quoted separately.
6.
Revisions & Scope Changes
Each project includes a defined number of revisions. Any changes beyond the agreed scope or revision rounds may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments. All scope changes must be confirmed in writing.
7.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not available once production has begun. If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued, minus any time spent on preparation or consulting.
8.
Limitation of Liability
Vizz Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. All deliverables are provided as-is, based on the client’s direction and approvals.
9.
Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and handle your information.
10.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
